IT in Education Central Technical Support
| Aims: |
| This service aims to assist teachers responsible for IT in education and technical support staff (TSS) to solve operational problems related to schools' IT system for performance enhancement. At the same time to provide a platform for sharing of knowledge and ideas. |

| Scope of service: |
| The Technical Support Staff Forum provides a platform with hot topics for discussion as well as a list of frequently asked questions with responses gathered from the service. School teachers and TSS are welcome to join the Forum by applying for log-in accounts. |
| The IT hotline provides telephone and email support service and covers the following scope: |
