Comprehensive Review Reports
Schools joining the Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) from the 2000/01 school year onwards are required to enter into a service agreement with the Government, which necessitates the conduct of a Comprehensive Review (CR) on the performance of the school within the period of the first service agreement.
DSS schools have the option to conduct the CR by engaging either external experts/agencies or the Education Bureau (EDB). All external experts/agencies have to be approved by EDB.
Comprehensive Review reports will be uploaded to EDB web page for a period of 5 years.
