The criteria and procedures for admission of non-local children to schools in Hong Kong have been announced in Education Bureau Circular No. 22/2009. Kindergartens joining PEVS are also reminded that when enrolling pupils who have produced Certificate of Eligibility, kindergartens should ensure that the children are the owners of the Certificate of Eligibility, apart from the regular checking of children's identity and age.
