Invite NGOs to operate Induction Programme for Newly Arrived Children (2025-2026 financial year)

Subvention for Operating Induction Programme for Newly Arrived Children


The Education Bureau now invites applications from non-governmental organisations (NGOs) (limited to those approved charitable institutions under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance) for operating the Induction Programme for newly arrived children (including those from the Mainland, non-Chinese speaking children and returnee children) in the 2025-2026 financial year.  The objective of the programme is to help these newly arrived children adapt to the local environment and education system.  The contents will include social adaptation, basic learning skills, personal development and civic education, etc.  Each class of the programme will last for 60 hours.
