  (5) Figures refer to the number of drop-out teachers as a percentage of the total number of teachers in the respective type of teacher training in local kindergartens as at mid-September of the preceding school year.  "Drop-out teachers" refer to the teachers who were serving in a local kindergarten as at mid-September of the preceding school year but were no longer serving in any kindergarten as at mid-September of the school year concerned.
