Commissioned by the EDB, a team led by Professor David Faure and Dr Ma Muk-chi (Department of History, The Chinese University of Hong Kong) collaborated with experienced History teachers and selected 23 major History topics which can help students build up their global perspectives. Including important historical concepts, these topics constitute fundamental knowledge on world history for all students, and provide a solid foundation for those who will select History in their senior secondary study.
