Application Eligibility

Q: Who are the target beneficiaries of the programme?

How should schools handle those cases when students’ eligibility has changed later?

Q: Schools implement the “Bring Your Own Device” policy in the 2020/21 school year, and it is necessary for schools to procure mobile computer devices early in order to facilitate the practice of e-learning in early September 2020. As such, schools plan to ask for submission of students’ eligibility proof and consent form from parents from June to July 2020. However, application results of the School Textbook Assistance Scheme of the 2020/21 school year would only be available starting from August 2020. What could schools do in validating students’ eligibility?
