Student beneficiaries of this school year should not have received similar government assistance in the past three years, including the Community Care Fund Assistance Programme (Purchasing Mobile Computer Devices) and this Funding Programme (except for newly enrolled students).
If your school would like to check the relevant records of the newly enrolled students, the steps are as follows:
Steps | Details |

1 | Complete the "Form II" [click on the hyperlink on the left to download the form] by schools and fax it to the Education Bureau (Fax No.: 2382 4403/2382 6551). |
2 | Upon receipt of the "Form II", the Education Bureau will send the electronic file of the “Form for Application Record Checking of Newly Enrolled Students” to schools through the “School Messaging Module” (SMM). |
3 | Schools input student particulars (e.g. Student Name in English, Student Reference No., School code of students' last school attended, etc.) in the electronic file of the “Form for Application Record Checking of Newly Enrolled Students”, and then return it to the Education Bureau through SMM.
**Remarks: Schools should note that, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, schools must obtain parental consent before providing students' personal data to the Education Bureau to checking their application records.** |
4 | The Education Bureau will send the results to the school via SMM within 10 working days upon receiving the electronic file of the completed “Form for Application Record Checking of Newly Enrolled Students”. |
