Mortgage Interest Subsidy Scheme Unit

We are the administrator of the Mortgage Interest Subsidy Scheme for staff in aided schools and in subvented welfare and health organizations.

 

Vision

Our vision is to encourage home ownership: increasing a sense of commitment to Hong Kong, and contributing to a more stable and prosperous community.

 

Mission

Our mission is to provide housing benefits to help employees in aided schools and in subvented welfare and health organizations to buy a home with the highest quality of services through -

  • the efficient and effective processing of applications
  • the efficient payment of interest subsidy to participants of the Scheme
  • the fullest consideration of exceptionally meritorious cases
  • the achievement of the target beneficiary rate within the eligible population

 

To accomplish this mission, we agree upon these values -
