Hong Kong Book Prize, jointly organised by RTHK, Hong Kong Public Libraries and Hong Kong Publishing Federation, was started in 2007. For details, please refer to

十本好讀 (Top Ten Book Picks)

香港中文文學雙年獎 (Hong Kong Biennial Awards for Chinese Literature)
Since 1991, Hong Kong Public Libraries has organised the "Hong Kong Biennial Awards for Chinese Literature" to encourage Hong Kong writers' pursuit of excellence as well as local publishers to publish quality literary books. For details, please refer to the HKPL website.

 

豐子愷兒童圖畫書獎 (Feng Zikai Chinese Children's Picture Book Award)

ALA Notable Children's Books
Each year the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) identifies the best of the best in children's books, recordings, and videos. According to ALSC policy, the current year's Newbery, Caldecott, Belpré, Sibert, Geisel, and Batchelder Award and Honor books automatically are added to the Notable Children's Books list. Amelia Frances Howard-Gibbon Illustrator's Award

The CILIP Kate Greenaway Medal

Hans Christian Andersen Awards
