Planned Aided School

 

 
The school sponsoring body shall submit the draft constitution and the application for registration of the school under section 11 not later than 6 months before the scheduled opening date or by such later date as the Permanent Secretary may approve in writing. 

 

Upon the approval of the draft constitution by the Permanent Secretary, a list of the proposed managers of the school shall be submitted.
