Notes :

 

 

  1. The school premises will adopt various forms of energy efficient features, renewable energy technologies and green features wherever practicable.
  2. Availability date of school premises is subject to various factors including, inter alia, technical feasibility study, planning approval, public consultation, funding approval of Finance Committee of the Legislative Council and changes in the demand and supply of school places during the planning process.
  3. The successful applicant will be required to surrender its existing school site to the Government in accordance with the lease condition upon relocation.
  4. The successful applicant will be required to sign a Tenancy Agreement with the Education Bureau (EDB) prior to hand-over of the school premises and shall agree to manage and maintain the areas within the site boundary according to the Permanent Government Land Allocation (PGLA) being allocated by Lands Department.  The PGLA may include a strip of soft landscaped area planted with existing vegetation outside the southern fence of the school, subject to Lands Department’s final decision on the Engineering Conditions of the PGLA.
