[Archive] Premises Information – Fifth School Allocation Exercise 2017

1.

The school premises will adopt various forms of energy efficient features, renewable energy technologies and green features wherever practicable.

The implementation of the school building project and availability of school premises are subject to various factors including, inter alia, public consultation, funding approval of Finance Committee of the Legislative Council, construction progress, and any other relevant factors.

The successful applicant shall agree to manage and maintain the school premises and the designated areas stipulated in the Engineering Conditions of the Permanent Government Land Allocation being allocated by the Lands Department.  The designated areas may include slopes abutting the school premises and a road reserve (applicable for premises item no. PS2), subject to Lands Department’s final decision on the Engineering Conditions.

The school premises will be refurbished as appropriate before handing over to successful applicant. The implementation of the refurbishment project and availability of school premises are subject to various factors including, inter alia, public consultation, funding approval and progress of works, and any other relevant factors.
