Serving as External Reviewers

To enhance the transparency of External School Review (ESR) and facilitate the professional growth of school personnel, the Education Bureau (EDB) has implemented the programme of Collegial Participation in ESR, whereby serving principals in public sector schools will participate in ESR as External Reviewers (ERs). Drawing on their frontline professional experience in providing quality education, ERs provide an added perspective to ESR. Relevant training will be provided to equip ERs with essential knowledge and skills before taking up the duties. Applications for serving as ERs are open at the beginning of each year. The applications this year were closed on 3 April 2024.
