 Notes:

 

  1. All non-domestic developments under the Kai Tak Development will adopt a District Cooling System (DCS) for provision of air-conditioning. The school premises will be designed and constructed in a way that caters for provision of DCS. Air-conditioning provision for the school premises will follow the Schedule of Accommodation for a 30-classroom secondary school.
  2. The school premises will adopt various forms of energy efficient features, renewable energy technologies and green features wherever practicable.
  3. Availability date of school premises is subject to various factors including, inter alia, technical feasibility study, planning approval, public consultation, funding approval of Finance Committee of the Legislative Council and changes in the demand and supply of school places during the planning process.
  4. The successful applicant will be required to surrender its existing school site to the Government in accordance with the lease condition upon relocation.
