Gifted Education Fund: Off-school Advanced Learning Programmes (For application in 2020/21 school year)

 

To further unleash the potential of gifted students, the Education Bureau offers a variety of off-school advanced learning programmes funded by the Gifted Education Fund for gifted students at primary and secondary levels. Schools / parents / guardians are now invited to nominate gifted students to apply for the following new programmes that meet their needs.

Outlines of all programmes for application of secondary students

 

Schools wishing to nominate their students for the programmes may send separate application forms to the respective programme providers with recommendations by post before the application deadline. Parents / guardians may also submit applications directly to the programme providers for their children by post without any school recommendation. There is no restriction on the number of programmes that a student may apply but each student should choose to participate in only one programme if accepted by more than one programme provider. The programme providers will inform schools / parents / guardians individually about the arrangements of selection tests / interviews and/ or the application results of their students / children by post or email.

1 March to 15 April, 2021 (now extended to 30 April)
