e-Appointment System for Aided Schools
Appointment Forms
(Note: Schools can use the e-Appointment System for Aided Schools (“EASAS”) for the submission of appointment forms of teaching and non-teaching staff (“appointment forms”). Starting from the 2024/25 school year, schools must submit e-appointment forms via EASAS. The appointment form in paper form will be no longer in use by the Education Bureau. We strongly advise schools to familiarise themselves with the operation of EASAS as soon as possible and handle staff appointment matters via EASAS, including requesting appointees to fill in the e-appointment form via EASAS. For the operation and arrangement of the EASAS, please refer to the information provided in the above “e-Appointment System for Aided Schools”.)
