Fast Information Transmission System – School Messaging Module (SMM)

The implementation of the Fast Information Transmission System - School Messaging Module (hereafter referred to the "SMM”) (https://smm.edb.gov.hk) aims to provide a communication channel between the Education Bureau (EDB), schools and third parties. With SMM’s implementation, it can not only speed up communication through sending and receiving message in real-time exchange, but further allow school users to use a single set of user ID and password to log on and gain access to different application systems provided by the EDB.
