The Schools Operating Authority (The Hong Kong Award for Young People)

Schools Operating Authority (The Hong Kong Award for Young People) administrated by Education Bureau aims at mobilizing all secondary schools in the territory to promote the Award to their students and encourage them to participate in the Award activities with a view to enhancing their moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic development.  We hope that our webpage is useful in providing the Award materials as well as updated information to our members, teachers, principals, parents and volunteers.

  • HKAYP Silver Award Presentation 2026
    • Silver Award Presentation 2026 is tentatively scheduled in May 2026.
    • Applications must be submitted to the Award Office on or before 3 February 2026 (Tuesday). Due to processing time, please submit your application to the Schools Operating Office (SOA) by 27 January 2025 (Tuesday). For late submissions, the award will be presented at the next year's award ceremony.
    • Please note that the Award Office only accept applications made with the latest version of forms.
