数学科适异性教学策略──探究活动及合作学习

• 本教学设计为「资优教育三层架构推行模式」中的第一层「校本全班式教学」，对象为小学六年级的学生。透过在教学设计中渗入资优教育三元素及运用适异性教学策略，让数学资优／高能力学生展现潜能
• 课堂主题为圆形面积的公式及应用。学生透过分组任务进行与圆形周界及面积的解难，然后每组进行汇报。
• 能力较高的组别获得的题目相对较复杂，亦会牵涉到不同课题的知识，学生在列式及运算过程将会遇到挑战。
• 教案最后部分引入设计概念，在给出的条件下，让学生发挥创意，设计出以圆形、半圆形等组合而成的图案。

数学科适异性教学策略——创意活动及分层解难任务

– 彩云圣若瑟小学

• 本教学设计为「资优教育三层架构推行模式」中的第一层「校本全班式教学」，对象为小学六年级的学生。透过在教学设计渗入资优教育三元素及运用适异性教学策略，让数学资优／高能力学生展现潜能。
• 课堂主题为轴对称图形。学生透过生活例子认识轴对称图形的特性，并能识别日常生活可见的图案是否有轴对称或对称轴的数目。
• 能力较高的学生可获发一个非轴对称图案，并透过仔细观察，对图案进行填补，使图案变成轴对称的图案。
• 教案最后部分引入设计概念，在给出的条件下，让学生发挥创意，设计出有一条或多条对称轴的图案。对于能力较高的学生，可让他们把图案填上颜色，使着色后的图案也是轴对称的图案。

设计校本抽离式计划以加强数学资优/高能力学生的解难能力

– 明爱粉岭陈震夏中学

• 本教学设计为「资优教育三层架构推行模式」中的第二层「校本抽离式培育计划」。对象为中四及五年级的资优╱高能力学生。
• 本课题为「蒙地卡罗算法」，教案内涉及的数学概念为一般中学数学课程以外的内容。
• 教师先向学生简介「蒙地卡罗算法」、与「实验概率」间的关系和在科技上的应用，再以分组形式让学生参与不同主题的摊位游戏，从中应用所学知识解答问题。
• 教案最后部分让学生运用已学知识设计相关实验估算椭圆形的面积公式。

The Implementation of Mathematics in STEAM Education

• This lesson example implements the Level 2 : School-based pull-out programme of the Three-tier Implementation Model for Gifted Education for F.4 and 5 students who are studying Extended Part (Module 2).
• Students will investigate into the design of the dimensions of the package of a drink and examine how the materials used could be minimised when the volume is constant.
• Students will be guided to examine the dimensions of the package of other drinks of shapes different from cuboids.

• 本教学设计透过与学生重温高斯加法引入课堂，然后介绍等差级数的特性并测试学生能否分辨等差级数，逐步引导资优 / 高能力学生写出等差级数项数的公式，及指导一般能力的学生学习找出等差级数的项数及等差级数之和。
• 最后透过富挑战性的锚式活动，启发特别资优的学生计算更复杂的等差数列之和。

Using e-Learning Tools to Enhance Problem-solving Skills in Mathematics for Gifted/ More Able Students

• Teachers conduct quick test on previous knowledge about angle between line and plane and angle between planes on Kahoot app as an introduction to the topic.
• For average students, teachers teach statement of the Three Perpendiculars Theorem and its applications.
• For gifted or more able students, teachers guide the students to derive the condition for a line being perpendicular to a plane.
• Teachers guide the students with average abilities to apply the theorem to problems involving regular polyhedrons while gifted / more able students can be challenged by applying the theorem to problems involving any polyhedrons.
