Question :
This year's Youth Pre-Employment Training Programme offers four categories of modular training courses. In this connection, will the Government inform this Council of:
the total number of places as well as the number of applications so far received for each category of courses, and provide the over-subscription rate and the reasons for over-subscription for each over-subscribed courses;
the number of applications to enrol for courses under the 'job specific skills training' category, broken down by trade; and
the current average unit cost of each category of courses?
