The Primary NET Scheme 10th Anniversary Conference – Literacy for a World City was conducted on the 2nd February, 2013. The Hong Kong education community gathered to celebrate this historic occasion at C. C. C. Heep Woh Primary School in Cheng Sha Wan. In conjunction to the hundreds of educators, the many NETs, LETs and school Principals in attendance were academics, Education Bureau colleagues and two keynote speakers who addressed the conference. The keynote speakers informed the audience about the literacy challenges in the transition from KS2 to KS3 as well as how to motivate children to learn English in the Digital Age.pdf

The conference will be long remembered for the engaging theatrics that replicated an Academy Awards ceremony.
