Application for Registration of a President or Vice-President of a Registered College

Applicants for registration as a President or Vice-President of a registered college under Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance (Cap.320) have to complete this form.

Notes for completing the e-form(s):

1. The e-form(s) shall be opened and completed using “Adobe Acrobat Reader”.
2. All applicants and subject persons shall read the relevant provisions of the Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance (Cap.320) before submitting the applications.  You may wish to click <Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance (Cap.320)> for accessing the Ordinance. 
3. Applications should be submitted together with a recent photograph and valid identification document(s) of the subject person.
4. The endorsed forms shall only be submitted by the college via E-FORMSS.
5. Each college shall submit the applications only via its registered email address.
6. The normal processing time for an application is approximately three months.  Please allow sufficient time for the required registration procedures.
7. Please ensure that ALL required information and questions on the application forms are duly completed to avoid further clarification which may result in a longer processing time.
