CloudSAMS

CloudSAMS provides a dedicated computer system network for public sector schools and Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) schools. It is designed to support school administration and management as well as to enable electronic data transmission between schools and the Education Bureau.

At present, about 980 secondary, primary and special schools in the territory are using CloudSAMS. Key modules of CloudSAMS include School Management, Financial Monitoring and Planning, School Activities Management, School Places Allocation, Student Attendance, Student Activities, Award and Punishment, Assessment, Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA), Institute Application, Staff, Communication and Delivery System, Standalone Timetabling Tool, etc..
