 Note:

1. Shared facilities such as sports grounds and car parking space may be incorporated in the school design.  The two neighbouring schools will share these facilities as well as their management and maintenance responsibilities with each other.

2. All non-domestic developments under the Kai Tak Development will adopt a District Cooling System (DCS) for provision of air-conditioning.  The school premises will be designed and constructed in a way that caters for provision of DCS.

3. The school premises will adopt various forms of energy efficient features, renewable energy technologies and green features wherever practicable.
