Report
Types of Report
There are three types of APASO-II reports to be generated from the questionnaire data for a given year and month. |
Means |
Mean, commonly called the average, is a measure of central tendency for a particular population. In the APASO-II report, mean scores on different subscales will be displayed in the form of charts and tables by gender, by year level and by class level. |
Boxplots |
The boxplot is used to show the overall range of distribution. In the figure of boxplots, the central box represents the score from lower to upper quartile (25-75 percentile), the middle line represents the median, and the vertical line extends from the minimum to the maximum score. The scores of minimum, median, maximum, lower and upper quartiles will be displayed by gender and by year level. |
Items breakdown |
Items breakdown provides useful information about the response pattern of each item, from which you may identify items with the highest or lowest percentage of agreement. The percentage of agreement for each item in different subscales will be shown by gender at school level. |
Hints for printing reports |
You have to decide what types of reports and information you need for self evaluation before printing the reports. It is advisable to click the button "PRINT PAGE" for the selected reports rather than "PRINT FULL REPORT". |
