Hong Chi Morninghill School, Tuen Mun | - Our school has been actively launching the “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) scheme, with over 80% of students have joined the scheme currently. Each student is equipped with a mobile computer device which helps them construct their knowledge in different subjects.
- All of our teachers can flexibly apply mobile computer devices in teaching. Our teachers and therapists are experienced in using e-learning tools to enhance learning effectiveness of students with Special Educational Needs. They are invited to share their experience in using different apps in classrooms, implementing school-based BYOD scheme in special schools, promoting game-based learning and fusing STEM Education with other subjects, etc.
- Our school is dedicated to promote Information Literacy and KOL live streaming technology. We also integrate these technologies into school-based curricula and are willing to share with the education sector. We have also organised e-learning sharing sessions and open lessons for experience exchange with co-workers. On such occasions, students will become teaching assistants to share their learning outcomes which demonstrate how Information Technology has increased their learning effectiveness.
- Our school actively introduces innovative technologies in learning and teaching. We adopt various e-learning tools into different subjects to enhance learning and teaching effectiveness. We have established different teaching scenes, such as the "Smart Carriage at MorningHill" and "AI Music Cafe", providing students with VR and coding-related learning experiences. Additionally, our school has actively arranged different learning activities for students, such as AR storybook production, drone manipulation. We have also developed the “Metaverse Art Gallery” for interactive and immersive art experiences.
