Values Education Curriculum Framework (2026)

Since the promulgation of the Values Education Curriculum Framework (Pilot Version) in 2021, schools in Hong Kong and different sectors of society have actively supported and participated in strengthening values education, as evident from the work progress and various achievements.

Taking the Pilot Version as the blueprint, and with reference to schools’ practical experience, as well as in alignment with updates to various secondary and primary curricula, the Standing Committee on Values Education under the Curriculum Development Council, completed the compilation of the Values Education Curriculum Framework (2026) for formal implementation in all secondary and primary schools starting from the 2026/27 school year.
