Sharing of School Experience

Schools, with diverse developmental needs, participate in school-based support services to enhance curriculum planning and implementation, thereby improving the quality of learning and teaching. The following experience sharing showcases how teachers, in response to their schools’ characteristics, developmental pace and student needs, gave impetus to school-based implementation of curriculum initiatives. During the process, support officers facilitated professional exchange, collaboration and reflection, strengthening curriculum leadership capacity. The “Example of School Curriculum Development” provides concrete teaching practices for fellow educators’ reference. The “Development Journey of Curriculum Leaders” articulates the first - hand experiences and reflections of school staff, offering inspiration and encouragement to their counterparts.
